If you complete a general “Contact Us” form on our Website (for example to comment on or ask questions about our products), we may collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number, mailing address and any information that you provide in the text of your message.

SIGN UP FOR MAILING LIST

If you sign up for our mailing list, you will be asked to provide your e-mail address. Signing up for our mailing list enables you to receive information about products that we, and our affiliates, provide via e-mail.

SENDING ELECTRONIC POSTCARDS, OR E-MAILING AN ITEM TO A FRIEND

When an online user sends an Electronic Postcard, or e-mails an item to a friend from our website, the designated recipient will receive the sender’s name and e-mail address, as well as any information entered into the message by the sender. We do not retain or review the names or e-mail addresses of the sender or recipient, which are provided in an Electronic Postcard, or E-mail-A-Friend. Likewise, we do not retain or review any information provided in the message content. You should not send Electronic Postcards or items to friends unless you believe your friend would be interested and want to receive the information.

E-GIFT CARDS
When an online user chooses to send an E-Gift Card, the recipient will receive the sender’s name and amount of the E-Gift Card as well as any information entered into the message by the sender. We do not retain or review any information provided in the message content for the E-Gift Card messages and we do not add the name of the recipient of an E-Gift Card to our marketing e-mail list.

CREATING WISH LISTS
When you visit our Website, you have the option of creating a wish list to send to your friends and family (a “Wish List”). If you send a Wish List, your friends and family who receive the Wish List will be able to see your desired items, as well as make purchases directly off of that list. When you find an item in our online store that you want, you can click “Add to Wish List.” You can then forward the Wish List by providing the e-mail address (es) of your recipient(s). The requested recipient(s) will receive an e-mail which will link to your Wish List. You should not send Wish Lists to your friends or family unless they would be interested and want to receive the information. The e-mail address information of your recipient(s) is not collected or used for any promotional purposes by us or our affiliate companies, nor is such information rented, sold, or exchanged with third parties. Recipients of a Wish List, however, will have the opportunity to elect to sign up to receive e-mails from us and, if they do so, we will then use their e-mail address to send them information about our products and promotions.

ONLINE PURCHASE
We will gather your personal data (i.e. name, billing and shipping address information, e-mail address, telephone number and payment card information), as well as information about your purchases.

ORDER & CONTRACT

After making an order, you will receive an email from us accepting your order. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you the confirmatory email referred to above. The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you this email.

The order will not be treated as ‘accepted’ for the following reasons:

• Payment not authorized;
• Partial payment pending;
• Products out of stock;
• Error on the website with respect the stated price amount;
• Order being cancelled.
• Can not fulfill order

Your order is an offer to purchase which, if accepted, will result in a binding contract. Your offer to purchase is accepted by Trezorie, when you have received an email dispatch confirmation.

Your contract to purchase is not complete until we send you an e-mail of order confirmation within next 5 working days from the date of receipt of order.
